"This page is titled 'My Mental Health' because nobody's Mental Health is Identical. The words I have used are in relation to mine only, if you relate to any of them, then that is wonderful, but one of the purposes of this project is to create understanding and awareness of our differences."
"What inspired me for this project is, I always have felt most at peace with my camera out in nature, that is my own personal meditation. I am not thinking or focusing on my worries or problems, I am focusing on my surroundings and what I want to capture with my camera and how. I feel like most mental health projects have been via portrait and still life photography, but rarely/never via nature photography."
